1. How long does it take to ship an order with various
outfits?
Please know that turnaround times vary order to order. However, we ensure the
delivery of your order keeping the below time of span.
Bridal Dresses and Sherwani: 4 to 8 weeks.
Special Occasions Dresses: 3 to 5 weeks.
Evening and Party Wears: 3 to 4 weeks
Casual Wear and Kurtis: 2 to 3 weeks.
Jewellery: 3 to 5 weeks
Furniture: 6 to 10 weeks
Shipping transit time 3-5 days for anywhere in the world.

2. Can I amend my order once it is placed?
You can certainly amend your order within 24 hours from the order is placed.
However, if it's been quite few time that you have placed your order then please
contact customer service as soon as possible and we will confirm whether your
required amendments can be made or not.

3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations accepted within 48 hours from the date/time of order. Please know
that after 48 hours your order is processed, fabric is cut, sent to dye and
pattern is made. So at this stage we won't be able to process your cancellation
request.

4. Can I add sleeves or bring any other changes to my
order?
You can certainly add sleeves to your order or bring any other changes such as
colour, style, neckline, embroidery amount, change of bottom and even more work
than shown in pictures. We are proud to offer a full-range made-to-measure
service to our customers. However, add all required changes to your order by
sending us an email within 24 hours so that we can easily customise it. Some
custom changes are cost affective, for any such changes prior inform about any
additional charges.

5. I have got an approval for my customised order which
requires an additional cost, how do I pay for it?
We will email you a separate invoice or link where you can pay for these cost
affective changes.

6. I want to place an order with you but it is safe to
use my credit card?
Bargello Inc. maintains the highest levels of security. We use high-level SSL
encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available
for online transactions. You can therefore rest assured that we take the privacy
and security of your payment and personal details very seriously.

7. I plan to place an order with you soon can you inform me
about required measurements?
Please visit at
http://www.bargelloreal.com/made-to-measure.asp and follow the guidelines
while going through the measurement taking process. It is not compulsory to
provide all the asked measurements but try to complete the measurement form as
much as you can. This will help us to understand your body structure better.
Double check with each and every measurement field in order to avoid any errors.
It is a good idea to have someone else measure you rather than yourself do it.
Please keep in mind that you should be wearing normal clothes or undergarments.
Jeans and heavy blouses are not recommended while being measured. Lay the tape
measure flat against the skin; don't pull it too tight, nor let it droop.

8. I don't know much about my body measurements can I
suggest a size that I fits me the best for my regular dresses?
Simply tell us what size do you wear and we'll make your outfit keeping the
ready-to-wear sizes in mind. Also tell us your regions and the brand of the size
to avoid any measurement error.

9. I have placed my order, now what's next?
Your measurement along custom modifications, if any, will be reviewed by our
fashion design team. We'll get
back to you shortly and request you to double check and reconfirm your measurements
so that we can continue to process your order without any delays. Manufacturing
time can affect if your reconfirmation is arrived late.

10. I plan to place a big order with you, do I qualify
for any special discount?
If your order is big enough then contact customer service and we will see if any
discount can be offered. We do not guarantee of discount during sale or workload
season..

11. Do you do wholesale? And if so, how can I get a bulk
wholesale quotation?
Simply email us your required product codes along quantity, size, colour and any
other specs against each item and we will get back to you with our wholesale
price quote. Please remember, we have buy more save more policy.

12. I am a designer and looking to use your stitching
and embroidery expertise, how do I do that?
Please send us your order specifications and get our price quotes based on your
requirement. Once you close the quotation and let us win the contract you can
send us sketches, embroidery and detailed descriptions and we'll do the rest.
You can also send us fabric or any accessories that you have to add to your
order. We keep all such orders confidential and do not use your designs anywhere
else. Your designs will never appear on our website. We may also offer you
fashion photography service which you can use to promote your label.
